A practical AI playbook for Global Mobility

AI hype is everywhere, but what does it actually mean for Global Mobility? Beyond autonomous agents and "automated chaos," most mobility functions are left grappling with fragmented data, reactive roadmaps, and a lack of clear strategy.

Join us this September as we cut through the noise and deliver a grounded, practical AI playbook designed specifically for mobility leaders. We’ll move past the "promised land" myths and focus on what you can practically do today to upskill, streamline operations, and drive real business impact.

    What We’ll Cover:

Bridging the AI Strategy & Training Gap: Why you shouldn't wait for a strategy to fall from above—and how to lead change from below.

Practical Upskilling & Prompt Engineering: Master structured prompting, natural language workflows, and simple tactics to make AI work for you immediately.

Building an Automation Strategy: How to fix your data parameters, automate repetitive processes, and layer AI on top for actual insight.

Proving Real Value: Demonstrate tangible business impact—from improved employee experience to saving time and reducing premium vendor fees.

With 45% of Global Mobility functions lacking a documented AI strategy and ~64% of teams receiving only basic awareness training, most organizations are struggling with the exact same hurdles. AI adoption is rapidly shifting from encouraged to expected. This session gives you the practical tools, prompt structures, and strategic framework to get ahead of the curve, make your leadership look good, and prove real ROI with numbers.

Beyond the Move: The Human Side of Global Mobility

International assignments are about far more than immigration, home search and logistics. While these services remain essential, research and experience consistently show that the long-term success of an international assignment is often determined by how well expatriates and their families adapt to their new environment.

Cross-cultural understanding, spouse and family integration, community connections and ongoing support all play a vital role in ensuring employees become productive, engaged and committed to their assignment.

The inaugural ATMA Malaysia Leadership Forum brings together relocation professionals, global mobility specialists, HR leaders, destination service providers and industry experts to explore how we can better support internationally mobile employees and their families.

Our goal is simple: to encourage collaboration, share best practices and improve the overall assignment experience in Malaysia.
