The ATMA ESG Committee leads efforts to embed Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into talent mobility across Asia. Our goal is to support member organizations and industry professionals in building practical ESG knowledge and applying it to mobility strategies that reflect the regional context.

What We Do

Education and Learning

  • Curate and deliver targeted webinars, workshops and training sessions designed to raise ESG awareness and develop practical competencies.
  • Provide accessible tools and resources tailored to the realities of talent mobility in Asia, including workshops, webinars and thought leadership articles.
  • Translate complex ESG concepts into simple, actionable learning suited for professionals at all levels.

Industry Engagement and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with HR, mobility leaders, ESG specialists and policymakers to ensure that sustainability, ethical practices and inclusion are considered in mobility decision-making.
  • Share case studies and insights to inform how ESG is approached across diverse markets in Asia.
  • Facilitate open dialogue to bridge knowledge gaps and promote shared learning across the talent mobility ecosystem.

Practical Integration of ESG into Mobility

  • Promote lower-carbon alternatives and practical steps for reducing environmental impacts in business travel and relocation.
  • Support organizations in advancing DEI, fair treatment, and employee wellbeing throughout the mobility lifecycle.
  • Encourage good governance by championing anti-corruption, data privacy, ethical supplier practices and compliance.
