Board Roles 

• Chair - Responsible for the overall performance of the organization, chairing meetings of Members and of the Board.
• Vice Chair - Responsible for assisting the Chair in meetings and achieving the organizational goals.
• Director of Patronship - Responsible for the recruitment and induction of new Members.
• Director of Education and Growth - Responsible for the management and development of the mentorship program and member training and certification programs.
• Director of Events - Responsible for annual program of member events including webinars and all virtual or physical meetings.
• Director of Marketing - Responsible for awareness of the network and what it has to offer.  Overseas all media channels and communication to the members.
• Director of ESG - Responsible for framing the ESG agenda and representing the organization in all ESG-related initiatives.
• Members at Large - Responsible for executing the responsibilities of the operations of the organization.
