Speaker Bio:


Claire Kolly

Founder of EDLT.global, Claire has +20 years of experience as an international HR leader, holding several management and leadership positions in Europe and Asia.   She worked on complex People and Business transformation projects, in both mature and growth environments.

Her experience allowed her to develop a holistic understanding of the People function, and how to develop it to support Employees and Business growth.

She started her coaching journey in 2016 and blends her HR expertise and coaching skills to enable people & organizations’ development in multi-cultural environments.

Since 2021, Claire is a member and regular contributor of The Matcha Initiative, a non-profit focusing on helping businesses in Singapore on their sustainable journey.

A strong believer in building sustainable change both at a micro and macro stage, Claire commits to ensure her missions do support and enable this agenda.
